Our History:
Founded by Camila and Onildo Campos, our consultancy combines years of experience, passion, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Our Founders' Journey
Camila Campos began her journey ten years ago when she moved to the United States with a vision to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Armed with a degree and a master’s in Business with a specialization in Healthcare Administration, she has spent the last eight years transforming revenue cycle operations within healthcare organizations. Her expertise in large-scale process redesign, performance improvement, and health information system optimization has led to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare delivery.
Onildo’s journey also began a decade ago when he relocated to the U.S. to advance his medical career. Facing the daunting task of validating his dental degree, he experienced firsthand the challenges foreign-trained professionals encounter. As a dentist in Brazil and a specialist in spine surgery, Onildo has performed over 200 surgical cases in the U.S. His clinical expertise, combined with his experience in medical device development, reflects his dedication to improving healthcare outcomes.
Recognizing the challenges faced by foreign-trained professionals, Camila co-founded CEO Med Consulting with her father, Onildo Campos. Together, they are committed to providing comprehensive consultancy services that empower healthcare professionals to overcome obstacles and succeed in their careers.
